Job Description
- Ensure the highest uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.
- Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions
- Adhere to the incident escalation procedure based on the severity.
- Adapt to the changes in the technology and infrastructure utilized within the organization.
- What we are looking for from you: Essential:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Server OS
- Hands-on on Terraform,Ansible
- Knowledge of Jenkins,Bamboo,CICD
- Good experience on monitoring tools like DD,New Relic
- Scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Regexp, vb scripting, Python...etc.
- Well versed with Docker/ECS Desirable:
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.
- AWS Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
