Job Description
- Develop and lead comprehensive solution architectures for supply chain planning processes using systems like SAP IBP and Kinaxis
- Design and maintain end-to-end architecture supporting seamless data flow across planning, procurement, and inventory management systems
- Lead integration efforts between ERP systems, planning platforms, and data lakes for harmonized data exchange
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements and optimizations using industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT, and solution teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams
- Coordinate architectural frameworks and lead architectural domains (technical, data, application, and security) within the DET-SCM group
- Support project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Develop documentation and deliver training sessions for end-users and support personnel
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain and S&OP planning
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
- Strong expertise in planning tools such as SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Proficient in data modeling and system integration in large-scale enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory control
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern integration technologies
- Fluent in English
