Job Description
- 'Provide outstanding desktop support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and strictly adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals
- Collaborate with global IT teams to establish and implement standard methodologies
- Document all support activities and solutions in our IT service management system
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are successfully implemented
- Proven experience in a desktop support role within an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
