Role- Desktop Support Admin

Job Description

  • 'Provide outstanding desktop support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and strictly adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to establish and implement standard methodologies
  • Document all support activities and solutions in our IT service management system
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are successfully implemented
  • Proven experience in a desktop support role within an IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail'
