Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Contractual Role)

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Gurugram

Experience: 1-2 Years

Contract Duration: 6–12 Months

Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days/Week)

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a contractual basis. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops & peripherals

• Perform laptop reimaging & Windows OS installations (Win 10/11)

• Manage user accounts in Active Directory (password resets, access management)

• Troubleshoot basic network issues (ping, ipconfig, tracert, nslookup)

• Install & support MS Office, Outlook, and other applications

• Assist in onboarding/offboarding & IT asset management

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Desktop / IT Support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS & hardware troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of networking & Active Directory

• Good communication & problem-solving skills
