Designer-User Experience Design

 Responsibilities:

• Participate in research and design activities to understand client and user needs, contributing to meaningful and innovative solutions.
• Assist with on-site client or user engagement activities as needed.
• Deliver high-quality design work within deadlines through guided, collaborative contributions.
• Actively learn about the design discipline, team operations, and organizational standards while continuously improving skills.
• Contribute to studio initiatives, such as creating studio assets, participating in community projects, and supporting volunteer activities.
• Assist in facilitating design thinking workshops and proactively seek mentorship within and outside the discipline.
• Demonstrate basic critical thinking, problem-solving, and craftsmanship with the ability to craft and present compelling design stories.
• Show understanding of the brand, products, and fundamental design thinking principles.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across design, business, and technology.
• Stay updated on digital media, design trends, and tools while beginning to acquire practices in agile and issue tracking.
• Display a positive, open-minded attitude, contribute ideas proactively, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Support new teammates in understanding team processes and culture.
• Participate in design communities, competitions, and public engagements.
• Build and share a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
