Design Expert

Design & Solution Management

• Lead start-to-end design processes for mechanical, structural, electrical, and architectural aspects of multilevel parking systems.

• Review and validate design drawings, CAD layouts, and technical specifications.

• Assess site conditions and constraints to develop optimal layouts and configurations.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes such as seismic, accessibility, and zoning.

• Participate in design-related processes for sales orders, design changes, and project delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of draftsmen, prioritizing weekly drafting activities aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Installation, Factory SCM) and external stakeholders (developers, architects, RCC consultants) to provide timely solutions.

• Support frontline sales teams by providing technical design inputs during client interactions and onsite meetings.

Quality, Compliance & Technical Excellence

• Ensure all drafting outputs meet standards of quality, accuracy, and formatting.

• Apply technical expertise to interpret architectural and structural drawings and onsite conditions.

• Utilize CAD tools and CRM software to maintain design documentation and workflows.

Problem-Solving & Customer Orientation

• Provide hands-on resolution of on-ground and systemic design challenges.

• Maintain a focus on delivering optimal and timely solutions to meet client satisfaction.
