Detail Design of Steam turbine blades and rotors.

Understanding on basic principles of Utility steam turbines
Preparation of manufacturing drawings and 3D models of Blades, Rotors and its related components.
Release of Bill of materials for Blades and Rotor assembly of complete steam turbine package
Preparation of material specification of blades and rotors, bought out specifications of bearings.
Support for manufacturing in terms of clarifications in drawings, provide resolution of deviations/non conformities observed during manufacturing.
Be a part of Development/Indigenization activities for vendor development, component development
Strong Knowledge on NX software for 3D modeling, Auto CAD for drawings preparation, brief knowledge in ANSYS for rotor dynamic analysis of complete rotor train of steam turbine.
