Design Engineer

An Ideal Candidate:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, NTTF, GTTC, or equivalent, with 5–8 years of experience in Creo for part modeling, sheet metal design, drafting, and assembly creation. Or bachelor's in engineering (BE) in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering with 3-6 years of experience.

Key Competencies:

1.  Hands-on experience working in Creo modeling and drafting, windchill PLM environment for data and workflow management.

2.  Proven experience in sustaining engineering projects, including handling ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) and ECRs (Engineering Change Requests).

3.  Prior experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.

4.  Good understanding of core mechanical engineering principles.

5.  Good knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, casting, machining, plastic molding, and extrusion.

6.  Practical experience with application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance analysis.

7.  Experience in Creo surfacing will be preferred.

8.  Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

9.  Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results responsibly.

10.Basic level skills in MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Visio.
