 Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Solution Assessment:

• Define and assess solutions required to achieve strategic goals, capture new opportunities, and gain competitive advantages.
• Assess business cases for new strategic and investment opportunities.
• Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business requirements.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

• Support thought leadership development on leading innovations and their applications.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Help solve key business problems through architecture transformation, mapping current state to future enterprise environment.

Organizational Support & Reporting:

• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g., shifts in strategic focus).
• Support Technology Head with ad-hoc reports, administration, compliance, risk presentations, and communication.
• Manage performance metrics and develop future metrics across Technology verticals.
• Perform financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including headcount-related reporting and analysis.

Governance & Coordination:

• Coordinate and facilitate all technology forums, including Board meetings, IT Strategy Committees, and IT Steering Committees.
