Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) within the assigned Warangal territory, ensuring monthly and quarterly business targets are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and manage a strong sourcing network including DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct customer profiling, eligibility assessment, and preliminary credit checks to ensure alignment with lending policies.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless application processing and timely loan disbursement.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and partners to improve business penetration and wallet share.
  • Ensure portfolio quality by sourcing financially sound customers and maintaining strong understanding of local business ecosystems.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and geographic opportunities to support business expansion strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance, audit, KYC, and regulatory guidelines during sourcing and onboarding processes.
  • Mentor and guide field sales executives to enhance productivity and drive consistent lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
