Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Sales and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets for financial products like secured business loans, home loans, and personal loans.
  • Sales Operations: Manage a network of DSAs (Dealer Sales Agents), conduct field visits, and handle the end-to-end sales process for securing new business.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the sales team follows all necessary processes, maintain accurate reports, and update systems in a timely manner.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, track targets versus achievements, and provide insights to improve team performance
