Deputy Manager/Manager-Centralized E&A

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our centralized E&A team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and the design and maintenance of both low and high voltage panels. A strong understanding of automation processes, switchgears, and switch controls is essential to ensure efficient and safe electrical operations across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and maintain PLCs and SCADA systems to optimize automation processes.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of low and high voltage electrical panels, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Manage the selection, installation, and maintenance of switchgears and switch controls, ensuring seamless electrical distribution.
• Lead and coordinate electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–9 years in electrical and automation roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA system development, and expertise in designing and maintaining low and high voltage panels.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective team collaboration.
