Deputy Manager - Travel Operations

• Manage travel operations, including fulfilment of air, hotel bookings, and queue management.
• Work on GDS platforms like Sabre and Amadeus.
• Oversee TMC back-end processes and corporate travel requirements.
• Monitor real-time operations and ensure accurate reporting and work allocation.
• Conduct training sessions, manage production hours, and control shrinkage.
• Handle financial reconciliations: ARC/BSP settlements, discrepancy resolution, audits, and compliance checks.
• Act as the go-to contact for airline/agency transactions and process enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.

Requirements -

• Graduate in any discipline; IATA certification or Travel Diploma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems – Sabre and Amadeus.
• Prior experience in a Global Travel Management Company (TMC).
• Expertise in ticketing logic, ARC/BSP reconciliations, and corporate travel protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift setup.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
