Deputy Manager – Stressed Asset Management

•Managing collections for both unsecured and secured loans within the NPA portfolio

•Overseeing field collection agencies and coordinating with the central team

•Monitoring collection processes to prevent fraudulent practices and ensure recovery targets are met

•Conducting regular reviews of collection agency and tele-calling team performance to improve customer engagement

•Assisting in filing police complaints and liaising with authorities as required

•Preparing briefings for counsel/advocates and attending court hearings when necessary

•Ensuring compliance with RBI policies and internal collection guidelines

•Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and demonstrating polite yet assertive customer engagement
