Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative employee development and talent management programs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI/TNA).
  • Drive induction programs and support ongoing capability-building initiatives.
  • Create and manage Training MIS, calendars, and reports.
  • Partner with HODs to identify training needs and career growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and enhance training effectiveness, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Support HR operations, including engagement activities and post-joining formalities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of training modules and interventions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in Talent Development / L&D / HR Training.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and measuring training programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design engaging learning interventions aligned with business needs.
  • High ownership, creativity, and adaptability.
