Deputy Manager – GHRSS Payroll
Job Description
• Assist in producing monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Upload payslips to Oracle Self-serve each month
• Administer salaries control ledger accurately
• Reconcile monthly income tax and NI balances before submission to Accounts / HMRC
• Manage season ticket arrangements and deductions in payroll
• Assist in year-end processes and production of P11Ds for employees
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees or escalate to senior colleagues as appropriate
• Liaise with other departments (Accounts, IT) as needed
• Keep up-to-date with payroll and taxation legislation changes
• Maintain payroll files and communications in accordance with company standards
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley standards
• Support other company areas as required
