Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager -Project Management
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Working with OEMs/End users for new project execution after receipt of order till the completion of supply at site.
- Close interactions with internal as well as external stake holders for effective execution of orders and updates to customer.
- Preparation of project charter and schedule as per the customer's requirement.
- Preparation of progress reports and providing updates to customers.
- Organizing and conducting review meetings on regular basis to identify potential issues and creating contingency plan. Identify cost overruns
- Leading the team for effective project management
- Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skill to interact effectively with customers and internal team members.
- Strict adherence to company internal processes, compliances, guidelines
Qualifications
Essential Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech Engineering In Mechanical Engineering with valid PMP certification.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech Engineering In Mechanical Engineering with MBA. Having valid PMP certification preferred
No. of years of Experience required:
7-10 years in Project Management of mid sized projects at a product based company (preferably hydraulics).

Additional Information
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
1. Basic fundamental knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering in addition to project management tools/practices.
2. Knowledge of hydraulics will be an added advantage.
3. Experience in execution of mid size projects in a product based company.
4. Working experience with Power/Steel/Cement sector customers..
