Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Sales:

• Sell installation and construction projects by identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.

Customer Engagement:

• Contact and manage the existing customer base for advertisements, moves, and changes.

Project Follow-up:

• Follow up on construction projects and propose maintenance and service solutions to customers.

Estimation Support:

• Estimate or assist in estimating all new installation projects accurately.

Scope & Proposal Development:

• Develop project scope documents and prepare detailed proposals aligned with customer requirements.

Project Kick-off Participation:

• Attend all new project kick-off meetings with both internal teams and external customers.

Site Surveys & Design Support:

• Perform site surveys and assist customers with appropriate design and layout solutions.

Relationship Management:

• Build, maintain, and manage strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.

Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams to provide scope-based solutions for customer issues.

Customer Base Expansion:

• Identify, develop, and maintain a diversified customer base to support sustained growth.
