Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise team members in the Manager's absence
  • Guide and support staff to achieve individual and team targets

Problem Solving and Decision-Making

  • Identify operational issues and implement timely and practical solutions
  • Take initiative in resolving challenges that impact departmental workflow

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination
  • Contribute to interdepartmental planning and operational initiatives

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

Strategic Contribution

  • Participate in formulating and executing business plans and growth strategies
  • Provide inputs to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
