Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations
- Support in setting goals, developing strategies, and monitoring departmental performance

Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise team members in the Manager's absence
- Guide and support staff to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment
Problem Solving and Decision-Making
- Identify operational issues and implement timely and practical solutions
- Take initiative in resolving challenges that impact departmental workflow
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination

Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Strategic Contribution
- Participate in formulating and executing business plans and growth strategies
