Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in managing daily operations, tracking progress against targets, and implementing business strategies.
• Oversee team performance and provide direction, motivation, and mentorship to ensure efficient task execution.
• Step into leadership responsibilities during the Manager's absence, including team supervision and operational decision-making.
• Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and smooth interdepartmental workflows.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to team and departmental activities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans and department-specific objectives.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and recommend improvements as needed.
