• New Part Development: Fasteners Nut, Bolt, Springs, Washer, Grease Nipples, exhausts
• Capacity Planning as Production volumes
• Zero Base Costing of the new parts
• Cost Saving Year by Resourcing, Localisation, Negotiation
• Periodic Price amendment
• Supplier Consolidation
• Co-ordinating with Material, and Finance for supplier-related issues
• Able to handle Import suppliersJob includes from RFQ to Part Handover to material team.

Technical Competencies

• Good knowledge of Fastener Commodity, Supplier base, and manufacturing processes such as cold forging, plating, and coating.
• Excellent proficiency on part costing
• Good knowledge of Commodity such as Steel, Coatings
• Knowledge of machining processes, MHR costing, and selection of the best suitable process
• Excellent negotiation skill
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office preferably in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module supplier evaluation, assessment, and supplier development experience for plastic & rubber commodities.
