Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Standardization: Execute brand standardization initiatives for Narayana Hospitals and other verticals.
- Creative Development:
- Create compelling content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message.
- Manage and oversee brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling and consistent brand materials.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop group-level campaigns aimed at increasing Brand Awareness (Top-of-Mind & Unaided) and Consideration.
- Coordinate and manage units' marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance overall brand awareness and consideration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal/cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate and unit marketing initiatives and the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Liaise with internal finance and purchase teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing & Communication.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
- Campaign Expertise: Experience in campaign designing, planning, and execution.
- Agency Collaboration: Worked closely with advertising/design and media buying agencies
