Deployment Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of new applications and IT systems
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident and problem resolution
• Provide expert guidance on ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management
• Monitor and report on deployment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in deployment and IT service management processes
• Lead and mentor the deployment team to achieve operational excellence
