  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate job expectations to staff, ensuring every team member understands their roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
  • Skills Improvement & Training: Organize and conduct training and seminars for continued skills improvement for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
