• Productivity & Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained across all departmental functions and guarantee the highest levels of quality are met in all deliverables and operations.
• Expectation Management: Clearly communicate job expectations to staff, ensuring every team member understands their roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Skills Improvement & Training: Organize and conduct training and seminars for continued skills improvement for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
