Dentist Lead

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage dental clinics or hospital dental departments within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement zonal strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor zone performance through KPIs (e.g., patient volume, revenue, patient satisfaction, treatment quality).
• Ensure consistent and high-quality clinical care across all units in the zone.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote continuous professional development
• Identify growth opportunities: new clinic locations, service expansions, or partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase patient acquisition.
• Monitor and resolve escalated patient complaints and feedback.
• To maintain regular reports, insights, and recommendations with leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• BDS/MDS with significant clinical experience.
• MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
