• Providing inputs from marketing on Cons. Promotions / NPDs
• Preparation of forecasting template
• Validation & compilation of Forecast
• Review the forecast with HNS
• Submission of final forecast to supply planner
• Validation of demand changes / reupdating of forecast in
• alignment of other stake holders
• Measurement of Forecast Accuracy
• Inventory Ageing
• Inputs to Distribution Manager for critical supplies
• Inputs to Supply planner on critical supplies

• To timely release of demand plan / sales forecast
• To capture NPDs / sales promotions / consumer promotions /marketing activities in demand plan / sales forecast.
• Forecast accuracy >= 80%
• Reduction in Inventory ageing
