Experience required- 15 to 20 years

Job location- Pune, Hinjewadi

• Min 10 years of experience in IT program & project management
• Experience in driving enterprise scale transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with making and pitching business case driving business case success
• Risk Issue Management
• Proficiency in risk management and governance frameworks
• Monitor risks track issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular reviews audits and status meetings
• Stakeholder Management
• Handson experience in turning around CSAT and wining customer confidence
• Engage with senior leadership DMsPMs clients TPT vendors cross functional teams and internal teams
• Set and manage expectations
• Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills
• Independently handle escalations address customer leadership concerns
