Delivery Manager

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Delivery Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex projects, managing large teams, and handling client portfolios in modern cloud and analytics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Data & Analytics project delivery, ETL migration from legacy to cloud, data transformation projects, and data support operations.
• Manage delivery across multiple projects including client and team management, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for data initiatives.
• Manage teams of up to 100 members with a portfolio size of approximately $10M.
• Drive complex projects using modern technology stacks including AWS, Azure, GCP, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Lead report migration from legacy to modern data visualization tools.
• Handle legacy tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Business Objects, and Cognos.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive presales initiatives including RFPs, estimation reviews, and resource level scheduling (RLS).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 11–20 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics project delivery and portfolio management.
• Expertise in delivery management, client management, team management, and escalation management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing large teams (up to 100 members) and portfolios ($10M).
• Proficient in modern tech stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with legacy ETL and reporting tools (Informatica, DataStage, Business Objects, Cognos).
• Proven ability to drive presales initiatives and deliver complex analytics projects on time and within budget.
