Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, risk assessment & mitigation plan, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Team & Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the b2b Low code/ No code platform, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing and QA processes & test cases to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Total 4-5 Years Experience including, 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager/lead in B2B environment & BFSI Domain Specific.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Project management methodologies
Understanding of technical flows, API documentation, product and business relevancy
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS)
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth environment
Strong Team and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams / team members - Delivery, Technology, Product Management, Analytics etc.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth and a passion to build Capillary s position in the industry.
