Job Overview: As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data Engineering, and Integration specialis
ts, to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Databricks to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues promptly.
• Team Leadership:
• Coordinate with DevOps, Integration, and Data Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Technical Oversight:
• Utilize expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Databricks to guide the technical aspects of project delivery.
• Oversee the integration of data systems and ensure the effective use of data platforms.
• Ensure best practices are followed in data management, processing, and reporting.
• DevOps and Integration:
• Implement and manage DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency of the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems and platforms.
• Optimize deployment pipelines and automation to streamline operations.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring projects align with their objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technologies relevant to the role. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience with data integration and management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
