Delivery Head of Security Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP authorization concepts, SOD compliance, GRC, and hands-on experience across multiple SAP systems. The ideal candidate will manage security design, role administration, user provisioning, audit/compliance activities, and support end-to-end SAP security implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Security activities including role design, user administration, security configuration, and documentation.
• Manage at least one end-to-end SAP Security implementation with strong knowledge of rulesets, violations, automation, and remediation.
• Handle SOX, SOD, audit requirements, and resolve associated issues effectively.
• Work across SAP systems including ECC, HR, Portal, BW, CRM, SRM, APO, and S/4 HANA Security (preferred).
• Manage SAP Fiori and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) security requirements.
• Support authorization concepts, portal authorizations, and transport management (SE01).
• Utilize SAP tables such as AGR*, USR*, and USH* for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Define scope, gather business requirements, and produce conceptual/detailed SAP security designs.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors on SOD/SOX compliance and provide best practice solutions.
• Create and maintain security documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate projects, manage multiple tasks independently, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide SAP Security best practices, GRC support, and mitigation control guidance to stakeholders.
