Delivery Head (AVP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for a large portfolio of global clients with end-to-end accountability for program delivery.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Lead executive-level communication and stakeholder management within client organizations.
• Drive a culture of transformation aligned with client and organizational goals.
• Establish and manage strong operational governance cadence with clear reporting and service visibility.
• Drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities within key accounts.
• Ensure strong and sustainable P&L performance, aligned with business case expectations.
• Deliver operational, transformational, and contractual commitments effectively.
• Implement organizational strategies around operational efficiency, location strategy, and cost optimization.
• Lead and develop large teams, driving performance culture and career growth.
• Conduct townhalls, skip-level meetings, and 1:1 leadership interactions.
