we are hiring a Delivery Account Lead – India to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, client engagement, and account growth. Join our team in Tiruchirappalli and play a key role in managing high-impact hiring mandates across diverse technology domains.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment with over 8+ years of experience in handling diverse technical requirements.
• Demonstrate strong business communication skills, including professional email etiquette, voice clarity, and accent.
• Drive delivery of technical talent to large PSA and mid-sized organizations, while contributing to P&L management of the recruitment function.
• Handle client engagement, account management, escalation handling, and account planning, along with contributing to new business development and internal hiring initiatives.
• Possess a solid understanding of Pan India recruitment operations and regional hiring dynamics.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies such as job portals, mass mailing, referrals, and networking to generate quality candidate pipelines.
• Work efficiently with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and effectively communicate them to the recruitment team to ensure accurate delivery.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, negotiation, hiring, and deployment.
• Coordinate and schedule technical, HR, and client interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle hiring across diverse technology domains such as Infrastructure, ERP, BI, SMAC, Cloud, and Leadership roles.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT staffing and technical recruitment within the Domestic (Pan India) market, including team/lead experience.
• Strong network and proven record of accomplishment of working with Tier-1 partners and direct clients, with consistent placement success.
• Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and revenue targets.
• Expertise in technical hiring across multiple domains.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.
