Deco Plant Manager

Oversee daily operations of the glass decoration plant to meet production targets.

Plan and execute production schedules based on orders and customer requirements.

Ensure optimal utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.

Manage decoration processes including screen printing, UV coating/lacquering, hot stamping, heat transfer/decal, spray coating, and embossing/frosting.

Troubleshoot technical and process issues such as color mismatch, adhesion problems, and defects.

Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with R&D for new shades, designs, trials, and development samples.

Conduct quality control checks, maintain compliance with 5S, safety, and hygiene standards.

Lead and train operators, technicians, and supervisors; manage shifts and manpower allocation.

Coordinate with planning, QC, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPIs.

Monitor consumption of inks, coatings, chemicals, and other materials; minimize wastage.
