Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our B2B Collections team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order to Cash (OTC) collections and a proven track record of managing a team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient collections and maintaining strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve collection targets.
  • Oversee and optimize the B2B collections process.
  • Ensure all collections activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in OTC collections, with a focus on B2B collections.
  • Skills:
  • Proven team-handling experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Education: A graduate degree is required.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days working with US shifts.
