Description
We are seeking a skilled Database MSSQL professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in database management and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of our SQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot database issues and optimize queries for better performance.
- Develop and manage database backup and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with application developers to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Monitor database performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of database backup and recovery strategies.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
