Database Admin Advisor

• 8+ years relevant experience mandatory
• Database Admin Advisor will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical Oracle RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our client applications
• Manage Oracle databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Database performance tuning. Planning, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting of high-availability database environments (RAC. Dataguard etc.).
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes, for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
• Work directly with end customer, business stakeholders as well as technical resources.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pos Role Exp on Oracle 12.x/Above versions in database administration, in an enterprise environment with multiple database servers is required. Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
