Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 5 to 7 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in machine learning, statistical modeling, data engineering, and advanced analytics, with a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Design, build, and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define data science use cases.
• Translate business problems into analytical models and interpret the results for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable data pipelines and robust data infrastructure.
• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis to validate models and solutions.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate results using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Dash.
• Ensure data quality, data governance, and ethical use of AI/ML models.
• Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost, etc.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in deploying models to production (MLOps) using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
• Domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, retail, or telecom is a plus.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision projects is desirable.
