Role Overview:

Kiya.ai is looking for a skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our team. We're seeking someone with a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning, eager to contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI applications.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply fundamental knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and deep learning to analyze complex datasets and build robust models.
• Production Machine Learning: Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning applications, including supervised and unsupervised learning models.
• Programming Expertise: Utilize strong Python programming skills for data manipulation, model development, and application deployment.
• Research & Innovation: Demonstrate a keen interest in researching cutting-edge AI methods, particularly reinforcement learning (learning via rewards and actions over time) and federated machine learning (training models across decentralized data without moving it).

Required Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field (e.g., as a statistician, data scientist, or scientific researcher).
• 3+ years of practical experience developing and deploying production machine learning applications.
• 3+ years of programming skills in Python.
