Data Scientist

An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidates should have 5-10 Years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Python, LLM, NLP, Gen-AI

Key Competencies:

1.  Proficiency in Python to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets is a must.

2.  Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, boosting, artificial neural networks, etc.).

3.  Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, particularly in NLP.

4.  Experience on popular NLP and Computer vision libraries is a plus: Spacy, NLTK, OpenCV, …

5.  Knowledge of popular cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud

6.  Experience in code management using Git Secondary Skills

7.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9.  Experience in leveraging large language models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith for creating and optimizing AI-driven conversational applications.

10. Experience in prompt engineering and fine tuning LLMs.
