Data Scientist

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• 3 to 4 years of experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications at an enterprise scale
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level AI/ML projects
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-based solutions and deploy them successfully
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace, or similar
• Exposure to MLOps and deployment of ML pipelines in enterprise environments
• Experience working in Agile-based project teams
