Data Quality & Testing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data testing strategy across client hierarchy and entity resolution initiatives
• Define and execute test plans for matching, survivorship, and deduplication logic
• Manage regression testing across upstream and downstream data pipelines
• Validate data lineage, critical data elements (CDE), and regulatory controls
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and data governance teams
• Drive defect management lifecycle using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Establish automation frameworks and develop data quality dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
• Mentor junior testers and enforce testing standards and best practices
