Data QA Associate

• Accurately extract, label, and clean data from English-language emails to maintain high data quality.
• Monitor and analyze merchant/vendor data trends to detect anomalies or patterns.
• Categorize email content and identify notable trends across different merchants.
• Investigate irregularities in data (e.g., sudden spikes or drops) and maintain data consistency.
• Collaborate with global teams (China and U.S.) to align on data quality standards.
• Respond to analyst/client requests promptly while ensuring adherence to data security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or QA roles.
• Experience with data tagging, cleaning, and regular expressions (Regex).
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python for basic data manipulation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
