Data Modeling:
Design and develop logical, physical, and conceptual data models to meet business requirements, support reporting, and ensure data integrity.
Database Design:
Collaborate with database administrators and developers to design optimal database structures, including tables, relationships, indexes, and stored procedures.
Data Integration:
Work with data engineers to integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility in data models.
Collaboration with Business Teams:
Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate those requirements into detailed data models aligned with business objectives.
Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation of data models, definitions, and business logic to ensure consistency and ease of understanding across the organization.
Data Governance:
Ensure adherence to data governance policies, data quality standards, and industry best practices.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support for data-related issues, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve challenges as they arise.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in data modeling, database design, or a related role.
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with database tools such as SQL, Erwin, Microsoft Visio, or other data modeling software.

Strong proficiency in database design and data modeling principles.
Knowledge of SQL and other query languages.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Certifications related to data management or data modeling, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), are a plus.
