Job Description
- Lead and manage data transformation projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to support data integration from various sources
- Utilize tools such as SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) for data migration and transformation tasks
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data systems and processes
- Optimize and enhance existing data workflows and ETL processes for improved performance and scalability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Produce comprehensive documentation for all data processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for relevant stakeholders
