Data Manager(Microsoft Power BI)

Data Management and Quality

• The Data Manager will have a strong command over data wrangling and data storytelling.
• Address and solve data quality issues through automated updates or manual information updates into KYC source systems or by uplifting data into designated platforms.
• Source data from a variety of sources like core banking systems to combine, synthesize, and analyze to improve data quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure that the in-scope issues are accurately rectified and meet business requirements.

Data Analysis and Remediation Tools

• Good knowledge and experience with tools for data analysis & data remediation (e.g., Excel, KYC platforms, reporting tools Power BI, KNIME).

Continuous Improvement & Change

• Understands, accepts, and supports the need for change and adapts own behaviors to changing circumstances and provides input to change projects.

Problem Solving

• Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques.

Data Understanding

• Understanding of the depth & breadth of data - Some capabilities to source, join, and derive insights from disparate data sources across several domains.
