Data Governance Lead

Responsibilities and Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience with 6+ years specifically in data governance
• Lead the implementation of data governance programs including MDM, data quality, cataloging, and policy enforcement
• Architect end-to-end data governance solutions using tools such as Collibra or Atlan
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define strategies, policies, and standards
• Perform data profiling, lineage analysis, and data quality assessments
• Develop and enforce workflows and frameworks for data lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide ongoing governance support
• Experience in agile environments and team leadership in data governance initiatives
• Desirable: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, MS Purview, and Profisee; relevant certifications preferred
