Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:

As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards and guidelines.

- Facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage.

- Drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.

- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.

- Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and strategies.

- Knowledge of data quality management and data classification techniques.

- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica Axon.

- Recommendation: Familiarity with data integration and data modeling concepts.
