Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Data Input: Accurately entering data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, surveys) into computer systems.
• Data Verification: Checking data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before and after entry.
• Database Management: Updating and maintaining databases, organizing files, and performing backups.
• Report Generation: Creating reports, spreadsheets, and other documents based on the entered data.
• Data Integrity and Security: Ensuring adherence to data integrity and security policies.
• Clerical Duties: May include scanning, printing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Communication: Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
• Oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely shipment and receipt of goods, and a safe working environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Background will more advantage.
