Data Engineering Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Production support activities such as trouble shooting, operational efficiencies, release management, etc. Develop SSIS code, steward existing ETL jobs, manage DB space and tune queries.
• Provide support for defect resolution and triage.
• Participate in proof of concepts for software tools/technologies related to application or process development.
• Provide support on CI/CD pipelines and automation. Ultimately responsible for maintaining solutions and maintain documentation related to production systems, including standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Production support role.
• Performance Tuning and optimizing experience of SQL, PL/SQL code to reduce execution time or improve efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in SSIS, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation. Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
